About Baby Massage

I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI) with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM), a globally recognised organisation setting the standard for infant massage training. Since completing my training in 2017, I've gained  years of experience teaching the benefits of nurturing, loving touch to parents. Initially, I conducted regular courses in Children's Centres, and now I run my own business, Grow With Love.

Course Details:

IAIM courses are designed for babies from birth to 12 months and covers:

• Massage strokes for legs, feet, stomach, chest, arms, hands, face, and back

• A short colic routine

• Gentle movements and touch relaxation techniques

• Optimal times and durations for massage

• Appropriate massage oils

• Adapting strokes for your baby's individual needs and growth

Course Offerings:

Grow With Love provides two main types of courses:

​

1. Group Courses:

   • Held in community venues

   • Small groups to ensure personalised attention

2. Private One-to-One Instruction:

   • Conducted in the comfort of your own home

Course Structure:

​

• Duration: 5 weekly sessions, each lasting 60 minutes

• Materials Provided: A small bottle of massage oil and detailed handouts

• Format: Practical massage instruction followed by discussion

• Community Group 5-Week Course: £69, payable at the time of booking (special/themed courses are charged slightly more)
